The AI Agents screen is where you pick an agent. It lists the agents your organisation has, shows how many AI credits it has used this month and lists your recent conversations. To open it, in the side menu, select AI Assistant.
The page title is AI Agents. Above it, a small line says "Multi-agent workspace". The lead reads "Specialised assistants wired into your fleet data. Pick an agent to start a new chat — every agent keeps its own conversation history."
Each agent has one card in a grid. A card shows:
| Part | Shows |
|---|---|
| Icon and name | The agent's name, for example Fleet Insights, with its colour. |
| Role | A short role line under the name, for example Fleet analyst. |
| Online | A green dot and the word Online when the agent is available. |
| Description | One sentence on what the agent answers. |
| Skills | A few tags for what it covers, such as Trip history. |
| Tool count | How many lookups the agent can use, for example "27 tools". |
| Open | Opens a new chat with the agent. |
Select anywhere on a card to open it. The agents are described on What each agent can do. If your organisation hides an agent, its card is missing.
The search box, with the hint Search agents..., narrows the cards while you type. It matches the agent's name, role and description. When nothing matches, the screen says "No agents match your search." Select Clear filter to show every card again. The search text stays in the address bar.
Under the search box, AI usage · this month shows the credits your organisation has used, for example 213, and the limit, "/ 25,000 credits", with a bar.
The meter counts credits for the whole organisation, not only yours. For where the limit comes from, see AI Assistant limits and data privacy.
Once you have chatted, Recent conversations appears under the cards, with the hint "across all agents". It holds a table:
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Conversation | The conversation's title, or "Untitled conversation". |
| Agent | The agent you talked to. |
| Messages | How many messages the conversation holds. |
| Updated | When it last changed, in your language's date style. |
Select a row to reopen that conversation in its agent's chat. The list is yours only: other users never see your conversations.
If your organisation has AI turned off, a grey banner replaces the cards: "The AI Assistant is switched off for your organisation. Your administrator can turn it on in the account's AI settings." No agents or conversations load. The side menu entry is also missing once the app knows the setting.
If AI is on but no provider is set up, a yellow banner says "The AI assistant is not configured for this environment yet. Contact your administrator to enable it." The agent cards still show, but a chat cannot answer. A provider is set up in LLM Providers and granted to the account in its AI Assistant section.
