The Operators list shows every driver record of your account. To open it, in the side menu, select Reference Data > Operators. A line under the title explains that operators are the drivers who can be assigned to a unit.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Operator Name | A coloured tile with the initials, and the name. |
| Operator Code | The code a driver card or tag reports. Empty if none was set. |
| Linked User | The first and last name of the user linked to the operator. Empty if the operator has no login. |
| Linked Unit | The unit the operator is on, as a link, with "Unit Allocated Since" and the start date. A finished assignment shows the dates it ran. |
| LABELS | The operator's groups. Shown only if you can read groups. Select the plus sign on a row to add one. |
| Actions | The eye, pencil and trash icons below. |
The search box filters by name, code, group, user name or email as you type. Clear filter resets it. At the bottom, the count of operators sits at the start, then Entries (10, 20 or 30 rows) and the page buttons.
| Icon | Tooltip | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Eye | View | Opens the Operator form read-only. Needs Operators > Read. |
| Pencil | Edit | Opens the form for changes. Needs Edit. |
| Trash | Delete | Asks you to confirm, then removes the operator. Needs Del. |
Add Operator at the top right opens an empty form. It needs Add.
Deleting an operator also removes their unit assignments, and the groups they were in. A linked user is not deleted. The reports recalculate the periods the driver was on a unit, so those rows lose the driver's name.
Each row starts with a checkbox when you may change or delete operators.
Select failed in the Result dialog ticks only the operators that failed. Clear selection unticks everything.
Until you tick a row, Export shows "Select rows to export" and both formats stay unavailable. The file has the columns Operator Name, Operator Code, Linked User and Linked Unit. A file holds at most 10,000 records, and a PDF at most 2,000.
