See which rides ran to plan, which were late and which skipped a checkpoint, for one schedule and one period.
- You need the Routes > Read permission. The Owner role has it.
- The schedule needs units, and rides need to exist. With Automatically create rides off the live detector records none. See Route schedules and rides.
- In the side menu, select Reference Data > Routes.
- Open the route. Select the schedule's name.
The rides explorer opens with the route and the schedule filled in.
¶ Filter by unit and date
- Optional: in Select Unit, choose one unit. Leave it empty for every unit of the schedule.
- Optional: in Choose Date, choose a range and select Apply.
- Select Show Rides.
A result card for the unit lists its rides.
- Look at each ride card. A Late status shows how late. Incomplete means the ride ended before its last checkpoint.
- Select a ride card.
The track and the checkpoints draw on the map, and a detail card opens.
- In the detail card, read Live Status for each checkpoint. Missed means the unit never entered it. A late checkpoint shows how late.
Reports hold the same rides with totals. Ride log lists every ride against its schedule, Route adherence counts late rides per unit and day, and Checkpoint performance ranks checkpoints by lateness and misses. See the report template catalogue and Generate report.
Late and missed checkpoints can also raise alerts. In the rule form, the Routes family has Checkpoint missed. See Alert rule templates.
