Reference Data is the side-menu group for the lists your fleet is measured against: places, routes, groups, drivers and, for dealers, SIM cards. The group also has a hub screen that links to each list, and to your alert rules.

¶ Why you see fewer items
Each item shows only if your role has its Menu permission: Geofences, Routes, Labels for groups, Operators and SIMs. A dispatcher with a limited role may see fewer items. A consumer account has no SIM Management. The hub applies the same rule to its cards. Its Alerts card needs Alert Rules instead.
