You see one of these:
The app shows times in the time zone of the account you work in, not in your browser's. The same time zone decides where each day starts and ends in reports, the Trips tab and the Messages screen. It applies to every user of the account.

Fix
A user who can update the account applies the fix:
The dialog alone saves nothing. See Set the date, time and unit formats for your account.
If your team works across time zones, agree on one for the account. Each user cannot have their own.
Some protocols send the device's local time. The app reads those message times in the device's Time Zone. A wrong setting shifts every message, every trip and every report of that unit by the same number of hours, while other units look right.

A dealer, or a user who can edit the device, applies the fix:
See Device general settings. The change applies to new messages.
Some places use a time zone other than the account's on purpose:
| Where | Time zone |
|---|---|
| A device messages download (CSV) | The Message Time column is in UTC. |
| The Alert Centre CSV export | All times are in UTC. |
| A scheduled report | The schedule's own time zone, shown in its When column. |
| Alert rule schedules (Only during these hours) | Each unit's time zone. |
| Your quiet hours | Your own time zone, shown under the card. |
| Report exports and saved reports | The time zone the report ran in, shown on the entry. |
Fix
Distances, speeds, fuel, fuel economy and engine hours use the Measurement System of the account. The choices are Metric, Imperial or US Customary. Fuel Unit and Odometer Unit follow it, and Engine Hours Format chooses HH:MM:SS or Decimal. The report's display options repeat the unit system above the table.

A user who can update the account applies the fix:
The Messages screen always shows Speed (km/h), Altitude (m) and Voltage (V) in those units.
