Driver behaviour combines three things: a sensor on the device that reports events, a driver assigned to the unit, and a report or alert that reads them. This page links to each part.
An event is one report from the device: for example one harsh braking. Polygon attributes it to the driver who was on the unit at that moment.

A unit with no operator assigned has no driver to name. Check the Driver assignments report for gaps, and close them by assigning drivers or with card identification.
