The SIM list shows every SIM your account holds. From it you find a SIM, see when it needs a recharge and reach every SIM action. To open it, in the side menu, select Reference Data > SIM Management.
The page title is SIMs. Export, Import and Add SIM sit at the top right. The lead text under the title mentions the device a SIM is fitted to, but the list has no device column. To see which device uses a SIM, open the device. See Fit a SIM to a device.
For what the statuses and filters mean, see SIM cards.
Above the table:
Entries at the bottom sets how many rows show per page: 10, 20 or 30. The footer also shows how many SIMs match, for example "42 SIMs".
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Selection box | Ticks a row for batch actions and export. The box in the header ticks every row on the page. The column is missing when your role allows no batch action. |
| MSISDN | The phone number of the SIM. |
| Operator | The mobile operator. Select the header to sort by it. |
| ICCID | The ICCID registered on the SIM, or "—" when it has none. |
| Recharge | The plan and amount of the latest recharge, then its date, for example "M2M 500 MB - 7.5 On 12/09/2026". Empty when the SIM has no recharge. |
| Allocated | The account that holds the SIM. |
| Due Date | When the latest recharge runs out. See Due date wording. |
| Labels | The groups on the SIM. |
| Status | Active, Inactive or Suspended. |
| Actions | The row actions below. |
The date comes from the latest recharge: its recharge date plus its validity in days.
| The list shows | When |
|---|---|
| A date, for example 30/07/2027 | The recharge runs out in four weeks or more |
| "Expires in 4 days" | It runs out in less than four weeks |
| "Expired" | The date has passed |
| Empty | The SIM has no recharge |
An Active SIM with an expired recharge also counts under Overdue.

The app hides an icon when your role lacks its permission.
Tick one or more rows. A bar appears above the table with the count, for example "3 selected", and a button per action. Clear selection unticks everything.
| Button | What it does | Permission |
|---|---|---|
| Allocation | Opens the allocation dialog once and allocates every selected SIM to the account you choose. | Edit |
| Add labels | Adds the labels you pick. Every other label stays. | Edit, and Add on labels |

| Deactivate | Sets the status to Inactive. | Edit |
| Recharge | Opens the Recharge dialog once and adds that recharge to every selected SIM. | Recharge Manage |
| Delete | Deletes the selected SIMs. | Del |
The app hides a button when your role lacks its permission. Activate and Deactivate show in English in every language.
The box in the header ticks the rows on the page only. When more SIMs match, the bar says "All 10 on this page are selected." It also offers Select all {n} matching, where {n} is the number of matching SIMs. Select it to act on all of them, including rows on other pages. Untick a row to leave it out.
The app acts on a limited number of SIMs at once, 100 unless your installation changed it. Above that, the bar says "Select up to 100 items. Narrow the filter." and the buttons are unavailable.
Each action asks first, with the count, for example "Delete 3 selected items? This cannot be undone." Select Delete, or Yes for the other actions.
The Result dialog then says how many succeeded and how many failed, and lists each failed SIM by its MSISDN with the reason. A SIM fitted to a device, for example, cannot be deleted or allocated. Select failed ticks only the failed SIMs so you can retry them. Ok closes the dialog and reloads the list.
For the steps, see Change SIM status or labels, or delete SIMs.
Export saves the SIMs you tick as a file. Tick the rows first: with nothing ticked, the menu says "Select rows to export" and both formats are unavailable.
The file has the columns MSISDN, Operator, ICCID, Recharge, Amount, Recharge Date, Allocated, Due Date, Labels and Status. An Excel file holds at most 10,000 records and a PDF at most 2,000. Above that, the app shows "Too many records to export".
