This section gets you from an invitation email to working in the app. Each page covers one task you do once or rarely, such as signing in, setting up your profile or changing your password.
You reach the app in one of two ways:
If you forgot your password, reset it by email.
¶ Dealer and consumer accounts
Everything in the app belongs to an account, and your user can belong to several.
- A dealer account manages devices, sub-dealers and the consumer accounts of its customers.
- A consumer account is a company that tracks its own fleet: units, drivers, alerts and reports.
Your role in each account decides which screens you see. See Find your way around the app.
- Sign in, and choose an account if the app asks.
- Check your name, phone number and photo in Your profile.
- Choose your language and light or dark mode. See Change the language and light or dark mode.
- Look around the side menu, the notification bell and the user menu. See Find your way around the app.
- Optional: install the web app on your phone or computer.
